Origin, Background and Purpose of Christian Ministers Forum International (CMFI)
God placed a burden on men and women to initiate a ministry to serve the body of Christ in a different dimension; for MINISTRY effectiveness in Churches, Fellowships of ministers and Para Church Organizations. CMFI is registered organization with the Government of Uganda.
In so doing, they started running conferences and seminars teaching church leaders and sharing ideas that can make Fellowships, and ministries do there work excellently to fulfil the mission of our Master Jesus Christ.
Our Vision:
A conducive/favourable Holistic Environment for Efficient Christian Ministry and expose members to Ministry Opportunities.
Our Mission Statement:
To create and discover opportunities for partnership or union, address current challenges in relationship to ministry, motivate, empower and foster unity.
Value Statement:
CMFI - philosophy of ministry revolves around our commitment to 12 core values by which we plan and evaluate each of our different ministries and programs. These values keep us CMFI focused on fulfilling God's vision for us as a Fellowship.
A commitment to godly leadership and excellence in ministry. We believe that the key to successfully fulfilling God's mission for our Forum is having Church leaders who are committed to integrity and holiness. (1Timothy 3: Titus 1)
- To offer a heart-felt love and compassion to all.
- To be respectful to those whose felt needs may be different from our own.
- To be there as long as the service is needed: being people led not service led.
- To be transparent in all our dealings whoever we are working with or for.
- To be seen to demonstrate integrity at the heart of all we seek to do.
- To be honest in our assessment of our own abilities.
- To be responsible ministers to work assigned to us.
- To be a respectful user of resources.
- To encourage staff, volunteers and service users to develop to their full potential and to support them where practicable in that process.
- To be professional, compassionate, respectful, honest and transparent, without exception or exclusion.
- To encourage team, full dedication to our assigned responsibilities, influential in our operations, and persistent in pursuing our vision.
Statement of Faith:
- In one God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

- The Virgin Birth of Christ, the atoning Death, the Physical Resurrection and Ascension into Heaven.
- The Christ God's only begotten Son our Savior, through Him only can we receive forgiveness of sins and be born again, by our response of repentance and water baptism.

The CMFI is empowered Satellite to follow-up training program or the actives of the organization.
